Q: Where are you located? 

A: we are located in Pretoria North. We are an online store, so we do not have a physical shop. 

 

Q: Are your items available immediately?

A: Yes, all items are available in stock excluding the items on Exclussives.

 

Q: How do i pay after adding items to my cart?

A: we have secure online payment by card using payfast or you can use EFT. 

 

Q: How long does the delivery takes after payment?

A: Delivery times differs depending on the method chosen during checkout. It usually takes 1-4 working days to your door and 3-5 working days store-store. The Items on Exclussive takes 7-14working days. It is advisable to use store-store delivery if your physical address is not clear. Please note that we are using third party delivery service- any delay on their side that is beyond our control will be communicated.

 

Q: How do i track my parcel?

A: You will receive a waybill number to track your parcel once it is captured and sent out to courier.
